Yellowstone Falls Day 7- Thursday, June 30

Took a cable car up a local mountain, excellent views but not quite on par with Mount Washburn. At the summit we walked around for a while before taking the cable car back down. Ate dinner at the Merry Piglets. Definitely recommended. On the way back to our cabin, we saw a moose, as well as a really nice sunset.

Day 8- Friday, July 1
Laundry day! Saw a moose on the way in to Jackson Hole. After laundry, my brother felt like exercising his purchasing power on a stuffed moose. Following that, we went for candy and ice cream. Saw a bald eagle on the way back to the cabin. After dinner, we went to a ranger program on the history of the park.

Cascade CanyonDay 9- Saturday, July 2
Tooth fell out last night. We went on a hike up Cascade Canyon, which was really nice. It followed the "canyon" (more of a narrow valley) up a between the Tetons, and we went far enough to be "behind" the summit of Grand Teton (relative to where we started). Saw a few pikas and a marmot. Dinner was ok, the best part being the salad bar.
